What is the RPCC to BRCC’s Care & Development of Young Children program?
RPCC and BRCC have partnered to offer the Associate of Applied Science in Care and Development of Young Children (CDYC). Students will have the opportunity to take their general education courses at RPCC and then complete their CDYC courses through BRCC.
Where does this program take place?
Students will have the option of taking in-person or online general education courses through RPCC. CDYC Courses will be offered online through BRCC apart from the practicum course. The practicum course will be at an early childcare facility identified by BRCC.
How do I apply?
If you have not taken any college courses
STEP 1: Apply to RPCC
STEP 2: Submit ACT scores or take the Accuplacer placement test.
STEP 3: Meet with an advisor to schedule courses
