RPCC Action Committee
We are charged with developing meaningful, actionable, and measurable recommendations focused on championing inclusion for all faculty, staff and students at RPCC.

Shalither Cushenberry
"I joined the RPCC Action Committee because I want to be a part of a group that establishes a supportive and welcoming working environment."

Efrem Marshall
“The RPCC Action Committee is the needed, overdue voice/ platform in an attempt to 'right' so much wrong. I want to be a part of this awareness and exposure to ensure inclusion remains relevant.”

Sharon Lagarde
"I joined The RPCC Action Committee because I believe that differences are what makes us special. With so much going on today, I think that we need to view those differences as assets not hindrances."

Dr. Esperonza Zenon
"I joined The RPCC Action Committee because everybody’s voice matters!”

Bimal Kunwor
"When I first joined RPCC three years ago, I appreciated my Division Coordinator, Math Department, and anyone who made time to help me in every step and made sure I felt included. Now I am happy to pay it forward."

Ariel Triggs
"I decided to be a part of the RPCC Action Team because I feel passionate about creating a culture of transparency and understanding in our work environment. This work is important, and I feel that if I can add an experience or idea that can benefit even one person, I have met the goal."

Penelope Shumaker
“I joined the RPCC Action Committee because in a world filled with confusion and conflict it’s more important than ever to truly treat each other as sisters and brothers like we were meant to."

Charles Perez
"I wanted to be part of a group that helps build a fair society that allows all people to get equal opportunities. Inclusion brings together people, perspectives and ideas to help create stronger bonds among individuals and stronger organizations. Also, I am honored to have the opportunity to be an advocate for anyone who is treated unfairly for any of the reasons that make that person unique or who they choose to be."
