Reserve, LA - River Parishes Community College (RPCC) invites you to visit the Reserve campus on Thursday, August 3rd at 4 p.m. for an Open House and Career Fair event called Rougarou and U!
"RPCC’s Reserve Campus is so excited to host our Open House and Career Fair on August 3rd,” said Campus Director, Ariel Triggs. “We have so many amazing opportunities for our community, and we want everyone to take advantage of visiting and learning more about what we have to offer. As campus director here, my biggest goal is to encourage and support this community in providing the resources and services that are needed."
This event is sponsored by Dow and the RPCC Foundation. This event is open to the community and anyone looking to explore the education opportunities that RPCC offers while finding a job or simply exploring the local employment options in the community.
Over 20 employers will be attending this event. If you are interested in the career fair, bring extra copies of your resume.
At this event, there will also be opportunities to apply to the college in-person with the help of the recruitment and admissions department. Tours of the campus will be provided. There will also be a chance to learn about scholarships like the MJ Foster Promise Program and Rougarou Plus One.
“Our students here mean everything to us,” said Marketing and Communication Manager, Jade Williams. “Our main goal is to make sure students graduate with the skills they need to have a successful career. Whether you are a recent high school graduate or someone who simply wants to come back to school, RPCC has opportunities for everyone.
