This Spring 2025 Graduation Forum covers everything you need to know, including the graduation application process, important deadlines & requirements, Ceremony logistics & what to expect on graduation day.

Ordering Your Cap & Gown

To place your order, choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Cap & Gown + Graduation Announcements Package

Complete the 2025 RPCC Graduation Announcements Package Order Form to purchase a bundled package that includes your cap, gown, and graduation announcements. View the full order form for details on what’s included.

Option 2: Cap & Gown Only

If you do not wish to purchase the announcement package, you can order only your cap and gown by completing the Jostens Cap & Gown Only Order Form.

Submit your completed form through one of the following methods:

  • In-Person

    • Drop off your completed form at Grad Fest on April 3rd

    • Or, deliver it directly to Jostens at:

      8066 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70809

  • Email
  • Mail
    • Mail your completed form to the Jostens address below, ensuring it arrives by Thursday, April 3, 2025

Orders received after April 3, 2025, will incur a $30 late fee.

Graduating students are strongly encouraged to attend Grad Fest to ensure they are fully prepared for commencement. This event is your one-stop opportunity to:

  • Confirm your graduation status
  • Clear any outstanding balances
  • Take graduation photos
  • Order your cap and gown
  • And much more!
Taking place alongside Grad Fest, the Transfer Fair offers graduates the chance to network with representatives from various colleges and universities. Learn about transfer opportunities and discover the next step in your educational journey.
