RPCC provides students with an official college email account. All RPCC student, faculty, and staff email accounts are hosted by Microsoft Office 365.
Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid provides assistance with qualifying for Federal Aid and scholarships.
LoLA
Log on Louisiana (LoLA) is your student information portal. LoLA makes it easy to manage your college journey with one-stop, 24/7 access to your student information. You can use LoLA to: update your contact information, register for classes, check your schedule, follow your financial aid application, check your grades and GPA, check holds on your account that may prevent registration, and more.

Registrar’s Office
The Registrar’s Office continues the administrative responsibilities for the student who has been accepted and admitted to the college. The core of this responsibility is the registration of classes, and the maintenance and tracking of the student’s courses and grades in a chronological order leading to the degree.
Student Life

Technical Support
RPCC IT Services offers technical support tp faculty, staff, and students. Requests requiring IT support are handled via a support ticketing system via the [email protected] email account. Services include support with college email, Wi-FI access, LoLA (Banner Self-Service Portal), Canvas, (LMS), and more.
Testing Center
The RPCC Testing Center offers opportunities for current and prospective students, community members, and business affiliates throughout the region to complete standardized exams and proctored tests in an environment conducive to testing and designed to be secure, professional, and distraction free.
Textbooks and Bookstore
RPCC offers textbook and bookstore services to students through the RPCC Online Bookstore. All required materials and pricing options for courses are displayed in a personalized, easy-to-use page when available to students when through their student account.
Title IX
RPCC is committed to providing a learning and working environment free of sexual discrimination and sexual misconduct. RPCC also supports an individual’s right to freedom of speech as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
TRiO Services
Through the TRiO Office, RPCC offers individual career counseling, career-related workshops, and free tutoring to qualifying students currently enrolled at RPCC.

RPCC provides students resources to support student success including tutoring, practice tests, career information, and tips/help in various study topics.
Veterans Services
Through the Financial Aid Office, RPCC makes information and services specific to veterans, active duty military personnel, and qualifying dependents of veterans available and accessible.
