Session III: 5:00PM-6:15PM

  1. Adult Ed./Workready U

  3. Process Technology
  4. Welding
  5. AC/Refrigeration

* Graduates should arrive one hour prior to their assigned session*

**Graduates, please keep in mind that your family and friends who cannot attend in-person may view the live stream for each ceremony session at a live link posted here on commencement day.**

TICKET INFORMATION

Due to capacity constraints, RPCC's Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremony is a ticketed event. Each student will be allocated up to 7 tickets to distribute to their guests prior to graduation. Tickets and honor cords will be available for pick up on May 16th from 10am to 4pm in Student Services at our Gonzales Campus, room 101. If for any reason, you are unable to pick up tickets on that day, contact [email protected] to make arrangements. All Early College Option graduates should see Principal Joseph. Those graduates and family members who are unable to participate in or attend the ceremony in person may join via livestream from our RPCC website or social media platforms on the day of the event.

GRADUATION PHOTOS

All graduates, please pre-register for your Commencement Photos here. You will receive a confirmation email after registration. 

GRADUATION PROCESSION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. When you arrive for check-in, you will be issued a white index card with your name and assigned number shown.
  2. You will  line up according to the number on your card, in your designated section, after checking in. An RPCC Marshall (Division Coordinators) will give you instructions on marching in, when to stand or sit, and when to go to the stage area.
  3. PLEASE HAVE YOUR WHITE CARD IN HAND TO TAKE WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO TO THE STAGE. When you get to the stage, your WHITE INDEX CARD will be collected and handed to the person(s) announcing the names of graduates.
  4. After the benediction, graduates are required to hold their positions in the assigned seating areas until given directions by an RPCC Marshall.

DIPLOMA DISTRIBUTION

All diplomas will be distributed electronically and by USPS mail through our third-party vendor, Parchment. Please ensure that your preferred email is confirmed and/or updated in your LoLA account to ensure accurate delivery. Additionally, you will be required to confirm your mailing address within 72 hours of email receipt. Electronic copies will be disbursed to your email as early as 2 hours after your commencement start time; and you may expect a mailed copy within 7-15 business days.  Digital diploma links may be shared on social media sites or directly to a potential employer. No diplomas will be provided on-site.
